Agents and Corporations, Inc. was founded in 1974 by David N. Williams, Esquire, a Delaware attorney with a Masters Degree in Taxation. His son, John L. Williams, Esq., a Delaware, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Pennsylvania attorney, has also joined the business. Since then, the company has formed and acted as Registered Agent to thousands of Corporations and LLC's.
